First race at 441 Speedway

Brian second race - ever - was fun but didn't end the way we wanted it to. He qualified ok and was definitley holding his own in the Feature. Then, he spun out and did a little "bumpin". Once he got it going again his right front tire got clipped by another car, causing a blow-out and cutting the night short. It was lots of fun having our friends (and #1 fans) Lindsey & Keith there to experience a dirt track race.

Boogitty, boogitty, boogitty!!!

He's doin' it! Brian's been dreaming (literally) about this for a while now and it's finally happening. It was a struggle to get this car ready for the 2009 season but with a lot of help from some dedicated folks we did it and got to run one of the last races of the season at Cochran Motor Speedway. He didn't finish first but he dang sure didn't finish last either! He was "in the money" man! Making back his entry fee was enough to make me real darn proud. Here are a few pictures from that race.
